Bruce, a proud graduate of The University of Iowa, earned his accounting degree in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate with distinction in 1990. As a seasoned professional with many years of experience, he has collaborated with small to medium-sized businesses across the country, guiding them through complex business and tax law matters. His services include assisting with business start-ups, operations, growth, asset protection and exiting planning.
A frequent contributor to publications such as Kiplinger and Entrepreneur Insider, Bruce is deeply passionate about working with entrepreneurs. He offers a variety of proactive tax and business solutions to help clients not only tackle challenges but also help prevent potential issues. Janell Pappas, Senior Accountant, Tax Specialist
Janell brings over 25 years of expertise in accounting, with a focus on tax specialization. As the supervisor of our accounting department, she oversees payroll and bookkeeping services while preparing and reviewing tax returns for businesses and individuals.
